We’re thrilled to share that the Echel was founded on May 31st, 2017 with the aim of promoting social change and computer literacy, while providing a range of valuable services. We’re delighted to announce that we’ve since grown into a fully-fledged Common Service Center under DeGS-Bishnupur.
